Ordered from this seller before and an order got lost, contacted them and they promptly got my order to me.These cost more than the bushing style, one is ceramic and one sealed bearing. The ceramic has rubber gaskets on metal washer. They weren't on my original, probably dried up and fell off. Others have stated there is some resistance or drag on the ceramic pulley. It is due to these rubber bushings, if you leave them off it will free spin but you have some side to side slop. I tried both ways and put them in.If you want to leave the rubbers out, add a Stainless washer to both sides. I'm sure I'll be doing that once the rubbers disintegrate.Pay attention to rotation and location of each of your old ones. Ceramic bearing is top location on mine. I'm sure ceramic would not withstand the punishment on the bottom cog. Lots of different angles when shifting and bottom takes the licks on trail. Was good factory replacement for my Deore 9 speed deraileur. For a 23 year old deraileur it works like new after clean up and installing these pulleys. I could have just kept old ones as they really were not bad, but good to have spares.These NYC dudes have good prices and are very responsive. I get need for more parts I'll be looking them up. Must have a good business up yonder in that congested city with plenty of riders needing parts.FIVE STARS!
