Tenete conto che non arrivano i due bulloni per avvitare le pedivelle, se riuscite a riciclare quelli della guarnitura che sostituite va bene, se fate un montaggio ex novo, e non avete i bulloni, dovrete andare in ferramenta, occhio che il passo è fino, i bulloni non li troverete in qualunque brico, quindi mettete in preventivo il tempo da perdere. Parliamo di perno quadro ovviamente, attenzione se vi servono i bulloni per la octalink, introvabili nelle ferramente, anche quelle più fornite

These are about as good as it gets for square taper bottom brackets especially for the price. Make sure the bike frame threads are clean then grease them before installing. The aluminum threads are damaged easily so start carefully and don't crossthread. Both sides should be started before tightening. The cup with the flange goes on the right or drive side and should be tightened first. The cup threads are opposite the side they are installed on. The easy way to remember is from the respective side rotate forward to remove, rearward to install. Seat and torque the right side first to 30 lb-ft then torque then left. Pick the size for your frame width either 68 or 73mm then pick the spindle width.

I purchased both. If you have a good bottom bracket tool it won’t be an issue but I was using a busted one up and swapped out both a Suntour and a shimano and the latter had much softer metal components that contact the tool. It’s going to be a pain in the ass to remove. If you use a good quality tool like park tool then it won’t matter.

Decided to convert my Hybrid bike from 3x7 = 21 speed to 11 speed and needed a short bottom bracket to bring the cranks in closer to the chainstay. The few LBS is stopped at have cheap and heavy Neco ones and wanted $25+. Opened my phone and found this for about half the price. Installed in a a few minutes and it works perfect. Obviously there are better bottom brackets out there, but for a hybrid/beater bike, this will be more than good enough.
