Recently bought an E-Bike and was unhappy with the shifter for the front derailleur. It had no positions marked and caused the chain to jump off if pushed too far (and this was after me adjusting the mech!). Replaced it with this and now, no more jumping chain with easy shifting. Is resonable quality is a little plasticky. Good value for money since it came with the cable prefitted with a soldered end to ease fitting.

Comando cambio della Shimano originale. E' stato utilizzato per sostituire un manettino Shimano deore con cambio deore 3V. Il tutto è perfettamente compatibile. Anche se non specificato nella confezione viene già fornito il deragliatore con il cavo inserito ed all'interno c'è anche il terminale in alluminio da montare per evitare lo sfilacciamento del cavo (!!attenzione perchè è attaccato con una bustina all'interno della scatola)

I got this as a replacement to my old SL-M3100 which failed after a lot of use. Installing this replacement was pretty straight forward. All of the instructions and info were included in the box. The box itself is nice and rigid and helps prevent any kind of damage or scuffing in transit.If you're in need of a 3 speed gear shif lever, this does the job perfectly. SHIMANO is the tried and tested brand for this, and I cannot recommend the quality and durability of their products enough. Recommended.
