Works better than expected, we can now not only slice onions more uniformly but we also find it ideal for keeping tinned meats in place to slice equally sized slices, it is solidly made meaning we can hold food to be sliced steady while slicing and our hands are far away from the sharp carving knife. A good product only let down by the fact that as delivered it doesn't have a guard over the very sharp spikes but a very good product all the same that both me and my wife can really recommend.

Why didn’t I know about this sooner? This simple little tool is not only great for slicing and dicing onions but I also use it for slicing tomatoes, cucumber and potatoes. It’s simple to use and a great price. I’m telling all my friends.
