Simple, works as advertised. Fits fine on both directions of my Rogue 2x3 Rack. You may want to space plates apart with 2.5# plates, makes them easier to pick off. Only wish it had a kick stand to start from the top. You have to go pretty ATG to strap in. None the less, its a good attachment for a better price than comparable units.

At $121, you won't find a more economic belt squat cage attachment out there. Surprisingly versatile too-can be used for curls and other exercises as well-just clip a handle on the end and go for it. Money well spent!

Says 1500lb capacity but there’s a few catches.1) the actual felt weight will be about 70% of the loaded weight because of the physics of the lever. So, 400lbs. is like squatting 280.2) the plate holder will only hold like eight plates so that is like 360lbs. which is a load of 252lbs. Not very much.3) you can modify it by pulling the plug out of the plate holder and getting a 1.25” pipe nipple at Lowe’s and it will slide in. Then you can stack more plates, but they are so close to you that you can’t squat at that point.4) I made a kickstand out of a hinge and a 2x4 and a spring (plenty of pics online) and it was a huge improvement. If I had to do it over again (and I may) there are DIY plans for a really long one on YouTube that drastically increases the felt weight and looks like it works much better. This piece is only good if you squat less than 275lbs.

Does what I need it to do at a much more affordable price than the competition. It's made of steel and can handle as much weight as any other product on the market.

I have mine attached to a Titan tall T-3 stand. It works well, but you are going to need to buy a hip squat belt and chain and some stainless steel snaplinks to do lever squats.I recommend that you buy a 8-foot long stud (lumber), cut it up in four sections and nail them together and attach a handle to the side that you can use to prop up the lever arm before you use it so it will be easy to attach your hip squat belt chain to it.Once you stand up with the belt squat lever arm and weight plates, just remove the prop so you can go below parallel. After you are done with your set, use the handle to your prop to place the prop back under the lever arm so it will be easy to unhook your hip squat belt chain from it.I also recommend using a rope or suspension strap to hang on to for stability so you can sit back when doing full hip belt squats. The Signature hip belt squat lever is well worth the money!, but you are still going to need a removable prop. The prop I made only cost me a few dollars for an 8-foot stud, a flat piece of wood that I used for a handle, and some long nails.
