I couldn’t understand how a pillowcase made of nylon could be cooling when nylon is notoriously hot to wear and indeed this is the case with this pillowcase. after your head has been on the pillow for a while it does get warm, however either side of where you’ve been lying remains cool so you can move onto that and if you flip the pillow, which I do several times at night, it’s beautifully icy cold which is great if you’re having a bit of a flush. I will carry on using it as it does work to an extent it’s just a shame that it gets warm under your head !

Bought this as I’m currently entering the menopause and always hot and bothered especially at night. Getting very little sleep as so hot well last night I put this on and what a sleep I had!! Best thing I’ve ever bought to help me through this rough time

Don't buy if you have a sense of smell. The package said there would be a light odour that will disappear shortly after removal from package.I left it out for 2 weeks, musty smell was still strong, so I wiped over the outside of the case with antibacterial spray & dried it outside, still smelt, I then sprayed it with extra strong fabreze, that didn't work, so I washed the inside pillow in the washing machine & wiped over the outside case with Zoflora & dried them both out in the fresh air. 6 month's later & it still smells on the outer pillow case, so I've not had the chance to see if the cooling affect actually works!

Finally found a cool pillow case.I have hot flushes with the menopause,I find this pillow case really helps to keep me cool.Good find. 5 stars.Would highly recommend.
