This is exactly what is needed of you have a single pie maker.It fits the machine perfectly.You press your pastry into it once its in the machine so it makes the pie shape.Leave the arm bits trailing out side the machine and clip the lid shut.Once the pie is cooked, you can grab the arm pieces and carefully lift it out without breaking your pie.Very nice, it is the thick silicon stuff that some pastry mats are made of.It came with a spatula and a pastry brush made of silicone which is very apt if using for pie making.

habe diese Backmatte zum testen bestellt und bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Artikel.Es ist eine enorme Erleichterung für mich den Teig/Brotlaib unfallfrei in den Le Creuset Gusseisentopf zu befördern.Das Backergebnis ist genauso gut wie mit Backpapier.Mit dieser Backmatte brauche ich in Zukunft kein Backpapier mehr zuschneiden, damit auch weniger Müll, perfekt.Da schon länger genau so eine Backmatte auf meiner will ich haben Liste stand bin ich froh das ich diesen Artikel hier testen durfte.Die Reingung funktioniert entweder per Hand oder Spülmschine, aufgerollt nimmt sie auch wenig Platz in der Schublade weg.Würde ich mir sofort wieder kaufen deshalb empfehle ich die Backmatte gerne weiter.Der beiliegende Backpinsel und Teigschaber sind eine nette kleine Beigabe aber für mich nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, bei einem Preis von knapp 8,- Euro für alle drei Teile erwarte ich das auch nicht.Danke an den Hersteller für dieses brauchbare Testprodukt und Danke an Amazon Prime für die schnelle Lieferung in umweltfreundlichen Verpackung.
