Simply break up the bulb and insert a clove into the sleeve, gently roll it back and forth and it's free of the skin! So quick and efficient. I did a number of cloves, one after another without any issue.It was a little tricky getting all the bits from inside the sleeve during washing, but I let a soak for a little while and used a small brush to ensure it was all clean.
