Das Squishy Maker Kit der Marke Vividye enthält zwei Komponenten mit je 250 Gramm, Farben, Flockingpulver, Rührstäbchen, Messbecher, Handschuhe, Beutel und zwei Silikonformen. Alles für den sofortigen Start ist mit dabei.Abgemessen werden die Komponenten im Verhältnis 1:1 nach Volumen. Die beiden Flüssigkeiten müssen mindestens 5 Minuten langsam umgerührt werden. Die Formen werden vor dem Gießen mit Formentrennspray, Silikonöl alternativ Babyöl oder Spülmittel dünn eingepinselt.Laut Shopbeschreibung soll die Masse bei Zimmertemperatur bereits nach 1-2 Stunden entformbar sein. Da ich flüssiges Silikon zur Vermeidung von Luftblasen immer in kühler Umgebung bei ungefähr 15 °C aushärten lassen, müssen die Figuren ungefähr 16 Stunden aushärten. Umso kühler es ist, umso länger braucht das Silikon zum Abbinden. Wenn es zu warm ist, können Luftblasen in der Masse bleiben.Das Entformen geht in einer Schale mit Wasser am besten, da die Squishys klebrig sind.Die Qualität ist sehr gut, 5 Sterne sind verdient.

Besides the size difference between the 200g and 500g version is the added extras. In the larger pack you get 6 pigment colours (not 3), 2 moulds one being a paw the other a teddy bear (not just the paw) but the main thing here is the most important of all in my opinion, although I had worked out a workaround, but what you get with the 500g that you do not get with the 200g is flocking powder.Flocking powder makes all the difference. Your squishy may come out wet and or sticky even after your squishy, simply dry it as much as possible slip it into a sealable bag and then add a little flocking powder, you can always add more if needs be. It works similar to glitter but its as soft as a plushie, once it comes out and all the loose bits have shaken off.You really should treat this with the same caution and respect that you would with any 2 part chemical mix like resin. Always make sure you've a clear and well ventilated workspace and wear PPE. This really is a fun hobby to get into and you will definitely enjoy making various squishes in all shapes and colours.
