I use two part epoxy resin for my work,frequently using lots of small batches,100 ml to 500 ml at a time.If I use a decent paint brush and clean it with acetone ,firstly the acetone quite quickly destroys the brush particularly if it isn’t pure bristle,secondly acetone is expensive,very volatile,difficult to store,difficult to dispose of and potentially dangerous and damagingThese brushes are cheap and cheerful,they are sufficiently well made that you get no bristle loss on first use(unlike good quality paint brushes where you do often get some bristle loss for the first few uses) and you get a good “ paint “ finish with the resin,if I’m using batch after batch I can keep using the same brush.Normally I use it once and throw it away.These brushes are excellent for use with epoxy resin and considerably cheaper than any alternative, I have never tried using them for oil or water based paint or varnishI gave them 5 stars for being easy to clean as nothing could be quicker or easier than lifting the bin lid and dropping them in
