Feed the rods through the hole, and tape the cable to the end. Then slowly pull the rods back through the hole, dragging the cable behind it.I’m fitting a CCTV camera at the moment and needed to feed a cable outside, this set came in very hand and did the job in minutes, rather than taking hours trying to poke the wire through and hopefully miss the cavity wall, which would send the cable in all directions.A great product that I’m happy to recommend.
