Silverline may have more of a reputation for making cheap, poor quality tools that barely work but this one is the (one of) the exceptions.The head appears well formed, no sharp edges of casting (stamping) errors. The handle fits the hand well and the whole hammer feels well balanced.The only bit that disappoints is the varnished finish on the handle, I may strip the varnish off and use a wax or oil finish.
