It's easy to install as the material feels like rubber/silicone so it can be stretched a bit when installing which helps to match the height of uneven floor or correct your line if not 100% straight. The adhesive is strong enough for timber doors I used it on, it seals really good against tiled floor as you can feel the vacuum created when opening the doors.
