Does exactly what you want it too, great back support whilst running, velcro is strong and doesn't feel like it's going to wear anytime soon. Really makes you sweat and great if your using a weighted Hula Hoop as it also stops it from catching on the skin. It's wide and long with room to spare, very light weight.

I had bought it for my husband size Large. He did not use it. I am a petite woman size Xs -small. Recently i am using it when jogging. I wrap it up to my tummy and it makes my sweat , normally I never do. Happy customer 😃

I bought this belt for my mother who is around 60 as she was experiencing a lot of lower and middle back pain.
