It's a really good cue chalk holder

In principle I like the idea of this chalk holder, and as others have said the magnet is very strong.However, I’m not entirely sure on the correct assembly. You get four calk holders (two for the round Taom chalk, and two square for regular chalk). You also get the holder itself and two loose disc magnets. But here’s the rub. These rubber chalk holders are packed one inside the other, meaning one is bigger than the other. I use regular cubed chalk and the bigger of the two holders doesn’t hold the chalk securely.I was also a little unsure about the disc magnet and where it should go. After closer inspection of the holders, however, I noticed a round recess in the base. With some manipulation I was able to sit the disc magnet inside this recess. Your chalk then goes into the holder.I haven’t used it at the table yet, but I suspect over time the rubber holder will stretch and not hold the chalk securely.In my opinion this would have been a far better product if the chalk holder had been made from solid plastic, with little side screws to clamp the chalk in place.

took a while to arrive, but more than happy with the product. clip is really strong to hold to belt or pocket, and same for the magnet that holds the chalk. Great that you get both a round and square holder too.

Really strong magnets. Bought for taom chalk, the chalk fits perfectly into the rubber hold, really tight fit. Chalk is really secure in the holder

Certainly works but would question, at this price, what's wrong with just leaving your chalk on the side of the table for the average player ?I've managed to get 2 square chalk holders by repurposing the magnet from base of the round chalk holder and it means the chalk can sit on the metal corners of the table reasonably securely and available for the players to use when needed so happy as the proverbial Larry !
