J'ai testé une autre marque avant celle-ci : ce fut la catastrophe dans l'imprimante ; le plastique était enduit d'une sorte de poudre qui s'est déposée sur les rouleaux et empêchait le chargement du papier et m'a obligée à nettoyer mon imprimante. J'avais donc un peu peur de réitérer l'expérience du plastique "imprimable"... et là, j'ai été absolument ravie !! Non seulement l'impression a été parfaite (j'utilise une Canon à jet d'encre), mais la couleur était relativement fidèle (avant, je devais imprimer en beaucoup plus clair car les couleurs fonçaient énormément à la cuisson). J'ai aussi eu la surprise de n'avoir aucune pièce recroquevillée après cuisson (il m'était arrivé par le passé que les bords, en se recroquevillant, se "collent" et se solidifient en sculptures modernes – c'est pas le but).J'ai essayé avec un pistolet à chaleur, avec un résultat nickel sur les petites pièces (pour les plus grosses, je pense que la chaleur n'était pas répartie de façon assez homogène, j'ai donc peiné à obtenir un résultat plat). au four traditionnel, mon seul ratage sur les nombreuses fournées a pris la forme de bulles à la surface des pièces, mais il est possible que le four ait été trop chaud à ce moment-là.Je le recommande donc chaudement. Quel bonheur d'avoir enfin trouvé un plastique qui donne le résultat escompté sans peine.

This is the first time I have bought shrink plastic and I have to say that I LOVE it . You can use an oven to shrink it . (I used 190⁰c but 150⁰c would still work)If you want to make charms or earring make sure to hole punch the shrink plastic and cut out the shape BEFORE it goes in the oven. To put it in the oven, you can place some baking paper on an oven tray and place the shrink plastic onto it. Make sure to keep on eye on the plastic while it is in the oven as it does not take long to shrink ,it may curl up while shrinking but that is part of the process . It will flatten out but once it is taken out of the oven ,to make sure it will be extra flat ,add some weight ontop of it like a book whilst covering the plastic in baking paper.Also if there are some pointy or sharp edges in your design after the plastic is ,you may want to file it down to a smooth point so it would not cause injuries or scratches .One side is glossy and the other is not ,so you could paint the non glossy side in acrylic or use mod podge to make it glossy as well.

Compré el plástico para que mis hijos hiciesen un llavero para regalar el día del padre. Ha salido perfecto.Lo he usado por la parte más rugosa para que los rotuladores se fijasen más y han salido genial. Hay que tener cuidado al recortarlo porque si lo haces demasiado cerca del dibujo, este se astilla.Con 2 minutos de horneado a 160° es suficiente, yo lo debe más y se me llenó e burbujas. Reduce más o menos a la mitad

Esse plástico retrátil é perfeito

I bought the white shrink plastic two years ago and bought the clear one myself since I really wanted it. There are no instructions with the package itself, but using 350 degrees works---just wait for it to shrink, curl, and uncurl before taking it out of the oven. Once it comes out, place something flat on heavy on it to keep the shape flat. I've used Prismacolors on it and the colors are just as vivid as ever! But, I have used Crayola and Sharpie and the colors show up just as well and come out more bright and vivid then it looks when first coloring with it. I've made keychains and charms with them and they hold up. With phone charms, I do find that they are rather fragile but that is probably due to pulling on them. I've made one for myself and it still works with daily use. They are durable unless you are putting a lot of pressure onto them, then they will break.
