Vierkante hits vliegen recht, maar alle off-center hits zijn wiebelig en kort, waardoor kleine fouten duidelijk zijn. Zo kan training gericht en efficiënt zijn, wat resulteert in meer consistent contact, betere opvolging en een sterkere algehele swing.

This has really helped with hitting and throwing using this ball in drills. Highly recommend, and very affordable way to yield great results.

These balls are great for a quick pre-game batting warm-up where each team member gets about 9 swings. I've only done one session where each batter got about 50 swings, but the balls are definitely helping identify good swings/contact versus bad swings/contact.The balls have not shown any wear at this point.
