Nice grip compared to the more expensive ones.....it's not " name brand" but looked all over andEven on utube for reviewing it, and I'm going to be honest, 12 on 10!!!!!!!! Great product!

Really good medicine ball to add to your home gym. For 9 dollars this ball was more than worth it. SKLZ never disappoints with their quality. The size is a little bigger than a volley ball. Just slightly smaller than a soccer ball. Fast shipping.

Exactly as described and depicted in the exercise videos on their website. Great way to innovate exercise and incorporate some fun. The fact that it bounces builds in a few more exercises than a typical weighted ball.
