I'm in love. The travel case is absolutely beautiful and sturdy. It's got a foam cutout inside and foam on all the sides. The outside is really hard and rugged, especially the corners and sides. The case also has a nice and sturdy handle as you'd expect it to have. Now to the mousepad. It has a super nice, super smooth matte surface. The bottom is coated with black paint, it's also where the logo sits. This does mean that the logo is a little diffused by the matte glass, so it's not super sharp. But the alternative would be to have the logo on top which would make it susceptible to scratches and would also make that part of the pad (.. plate) useless. And honestly it looks gorgeous to me. The sides are nice and rounded and so are the corners. So there are no sharp bits or any annoyances on your arm or skin. In fact, it feels extremely comfortable to me so far.I heard some people talk about the plate having some flex. But despite having the XL version there is zero flex from my short test on my desk. It's only 3.6mm in height but honestly it feels like 3. I wonder if they further lowered it since the sticky/rubber feet on mine seem flat while the ones I saw in videos were ridged (I could be mistaken)If there is once criticism I have, it is that I wish that they had the entire bottom covered in some sort of rubber, like some competitors. This would protect the bottom and paint from any potential scratches and make the plate even more solid and unmovable. I've done some testing and I really have to try to make the plate move, but my desk is a tiny bit uneven so one of the corners is raised 0.2mm or something which makes that easier to do. For a perfectly flat desk, I think this won't move an inch even if you'd try really hard. Even on my desk I can't imagine this plate will move in any normal circumstances, as I need to apply pressure to the sides with both hands for it to move a little. But still, it would have been really nice for the entire bottom to be covered and it might be something to think about for Skypad 4.0.I'm someone that plays on very high DPI and pretty high sens (3200 dpi, 7 or 8cm 360). I heard some people claim they had a hard time even double clicking on a folder when they first used glass, but honestly hasn't been an issue at all for me (despite the 3200 dpi, mouse setting in the windows at 7) and I think I will adapt to this in no time. It feels incredible so far.I also heard a lot about how much sound a glass mousemat makes. But so far it really isn't that bad at all.. (I am someone however that doesn't push on my mouse, I don't grip it too tightly in fact my mouse kinda lays in my palm or between my fingers.) But seriously, in my experience it barely makes any more sound than a cloth mousepad. I've tried two mice on it, G502 lightspeed & G502 X. The stock PTFE feet of the G502 X are less noisy than the stock (plastic?) feet on the G502 lightspeed, but the difference isn't big. It does make me want to buy some PTFE feet for the lightspeed. Or maybe those obsidian skates that x-ray sells, they are relatively affordable and are supposed to be great on the skypad. So much so that skypad themselves made a special version in collaboration with them. (I did my research while waiting for my skypad to arrive). The PTFE also seems a little faster and smoother, but both are super smooth and feel incredible. If I had a one last thing to add, it's that I wish they included cheap black arm sleeves in the package. Especially considering this is the edition with the travel case. I wasn't sure if I would need them, and it seems I don't really so far. But we're also in the middle of winter and I've barely tried the pad so who knows. Maybe I'll update my review after some extensive use. We will see if it holds true after a few hours of gaming. So, to finalize. I'm absolutely loving this mousepad and I'm super excited to jump into some aimlabs and games. If you're looking to buy the Skypad, the one with the travel case and the one without seem to be the same price for some reason. I think it's because this version has so few reviews still. I'd grab the travel case version while you can. I was extremely lucky and got it for only 30euro during black friday, when the version without a travel case was 50 (50% off). So I got mine for even cheaper and with a travel case. Again, I think it's because this hasn't got many reviews. So I decided to leave a nice review with some pictures to show my appreciation for the incredible deal.

If you like faster pads then this might be the king of them all. I've used a few good quality mousepads being the AquaControl+ Strata, MPC450 and the artisan hayate otsu, but this pad blows them out of the water. It's an incredibly fast and smooth in surface with a cold touch from the glass instead of traditional cloth. Moving my mouse feels like where I would want to go without interruption of friction that I'd get with any other pad, which makes for a more comfortable aiming experience for me personally. The skypad is definitely more suited for tracking games such as overwatch or apex legends, however if you are willing to sacrifice quite a bit of stopping power and control that would come with a slow pad like a gsrse then this can be usable for tacfps players, but if you do only play csgo/valorant then there are better alternatives such as the artisan zero or vaxee pa.If you're already used to hardpads then you should already know that a pad like this might need you to wear an arm sleeve , because your arm will tend to stick on it, also you should be weary that any bit of dust or dirt that your mouse glides over will feel like rocks so make sure to wipe down the pad so you don't have that happen while you're playing.Overall it's an insanely great pad, but not for everyone. I recommend that if you have tried fast pads than this will be an interesting experience at the least, however if you have never tried a fast pad then buy an endgamegear MPC450 first as it is very affordable and a great pad in itself which I'd gladly use without a skypad.Pros:-Incredibly fast-Very low dynamic and static friction-Long lasting (almost infinite durability)Cons:-High price-Might need an arm sleeve to prevent arm from sticking-Dirt and dust are very noticeable due to the hard surface.

Alright so this pad is godly right the speed the smoothness and the easily cleanable surface for years to come and you don’t have to worry about getting a new one that’s it the job is done. But the minor drawbacks it has are a little annoying but nothing you can’t really push off to the side with the benefits and feeling it provides … first things first you need PTFE mouse skates 100 percent ( Corepads/hyperglides) the glide is horrible with any stock mouse feet … second if you have sweaty forearms the glass pad will get sticky and drag your movement ( so you would need a sleeve) and lastly have some kind of duster for the occasional trash or dust that you can feel under the mouse when sliding it around that feel like pebbles. So unless you have mouse feet and aren’t lazy to wipe it down from dead skin, skin grease, and any other things that’s fall on it … this pad is good forever doesn’t lose speed or feel literally insane…..That’s it THATS all you need to know for this purchase nothing else.
