This is a great bag! It's well made, and has very good insulation for hot and cold items (even at the same time). Love that there are two separate "trays" that easily remove for cleaning. I use it Doordasing, and have had several inevitable small spills when a lid pops off. It cleans easily under the faucet, and dries quickly. I put a couple folded paper towels in the bottom of each tray/compartment to absorb condensation and those pesky small spills, which saves me from having to clean it for the most part. It's a taller bag that accommodates taller drinks if needed, and has adjustable dividers (velcro) in each compartment, which is perfect for fitting all kinds of cup sizes, or ice cream, etc. There are two flaps on the top for easy access, and also a large flap to go over these. This makes it easy to get in and out of, or to really seal it up for longer trips. Nice adjustable shoulder strap for easy carrying. This is an essential for food/drink delivery peeps!
