My wife needed an exercise ball to help her with back-stretching exercises. She pointed out this model from Slim Panda and I ordered it for her. The ball came fully deflated and included the hand pump to inflate it, two inflation port plugs (one installed plus a spare), and a plastic plug removal tool to quickly remove the plug without damage to deflate the ball. Also included was a nice instruction manual that contained a bunch of exercises that can be done in conjunction with the ball. The ball was made of a thick flexible PVC plastic that should be well able to stand up to the stresses of the usage for which it was designed.In the default deflated condition it at first seemed like it might be too small to be used effectively for my wife's intended exercises, but after I completely inflated it for her using the included pump she tried it out and said it was the PERFECT size for her - a win! She showed me one of her exercises and it consisted of placing the ball in front of her (while she was in a seated position) and just far away from her to be able to place her palms on top of the ball as she reached forward just about as far as she could. Then she rolled the ball forward keeping her palms on it to stretch her back just a little bit further. Anyway, she really likes it. She told me that the stretch exercise felt really good, so we got instant confirmation that the ball is and will continue to help her back feel better. She wasn't sure what diameter to get, but as I said, this one turned out to be ideal for her medium-height frame.

It was easy to inflate, but the instructions say it came with a special tape measure with holes in either end - it did not. So you have to find a flexible tape measure that will go around the circumference of the ball. I think the manufacturer should send out the required tape measure.

Cheaper than most balls available in the market, had a pump also and my wife used it for her third trimester and few months later, it still does well. My box didn't have the thing that indicates how much the ball is full but it was not rocket science and fairly simple to assess when you feel it's full.However, if the last piece for checking fullness was there then it would have been 5 starts from me

Der Ball ist okay. Am Anfang riecht er sehr stark nach PVC, das lässt dann aber nach. Die Luft hält und er ist immer einsatzbereit für sehr viele Übungen.
