The package is so little, but came with the incenses and finally found it inside the package. Tried it and lived it! 🙏🏻☺️

I recently got a set of incense from a friend of mine, and I've been loving the smell they give off. But, since I'd been using a ball of aluminium foil and an old ramekin as a holder, I thought I'd give an actual one a go. I bought this lotus flower because of the fact that it looked cool, and wasn't expensive. And while yes, it did look quite nice out of the box (though a bit smaller than expected), it didn't take long for me to start regretting the purchase. After lighting some incense on it (a cone this time) I noticed an odd smell filling the room. I can't quite describe it, since I've never smelled it before, but it sure wasn't how my incense usually smelt. After it had burned up, I cleaned off the holder and noticed the smell was coming from the holder itself! I kind of gave up on using the holder immediately and went back to my old solution, but I kept the holder in my windowsil just in case the smell was temporary (it wasn't spreading at all when there was no incense burning, so no problem there). After about a week or so, I notice that the metal had... rusted? I'm not sure actually what happened. It's almost like there was a layer of paint that had just evaporated or something. So yeah, all in all, I wouldn't recommend it. And since I'm new to this whole incense-world, I don't know what to recommend instead either. Guess I'll be sticking to my ball of aluminium for a little while longer...

Het is rechtstreeks uit de verpakking een leuke kleine wierookbrander met een elegant design en mooie kleur. De as valt er vaak naast, maar dat vind ik niet eens het meest storend. Dit issue hebben wel meer branders.Wat ik kwalijker vind, is dat de verf van de brander niet tegen de as van de wierook lijkt te kunnen. Na slechts een paar keer gebruiken (en iedere keer direct met water reinigen achteraf) ziet mijn brander er al dof uit, met witte plekken/beschadigingen die ik ook na grondig schoonmaken met een borsteltje met geen mogelijkheid meer weg krijg.Het is dus vooral een leuke brander om naar te kijken zo lang je hem niet gebruikt. Kijk, dat je een wierookbrander na een tijd een keer moet vervangen omdat hij er niet meer als nieuw uitziet snap ik, maar op het moment dat ik de foto maakte (bijgevoegd) was hij misschien drie keer gebruikt. Dat kan toch niet de bedoeling zijn.

Mooi product. Ik zou het alleen niet nogmaals kopen omdat alle wierookrestanten ernaast valt.

Mooi en stevig maar wierrook valt naast het bloemetje. Leg dus best een doek onder de bloem.

I am disappointed with this burner.I had hoped that the ash would be caught in the tray below but even with the joss stick standing upright it falls beyond the edge & makes a mess.The whole point of buying this pretty object was to prevent this happening.It looks pretty & holds the stick firmly but is a disappointment as it not truly fit for the purpose that I bought it.The base needs to be bigger to prevent a mess from falling ash.
