I am new to the brand, but an absolute convert. I do Astrophotography, but my body is wracked with pain due to spinal breakdown and four surgeries, from my neck to my tailbone. I simply cannot lug around the typical rigid bulky tripod with a liquid head.That is why I began looking at Smallrig, with its host of optional ad ons. Brilliant. I can buy optional accessories that enhance my tripod with features that allow me to option up my cellphone with mounts that are not toys, but seriously engineered accessories that add to all that is terrific about this tripod.Smallrig is a company who literally thought outside the box by rethinking what a tripod is, and what photographers are looking for today. They have completely reengineered the tripod, by shrinking the size, reducing weight, and building a platform with upwards of twenty to thirty ad ons brilliantly designed, and wonderfully priced. Me encanta este tripie, lo llevo a todos lados que lo ocupe, no es tan liviano como puede ser uno de fibra de carbono, pero si es lo suficientemente liviano para cargar en una mochila.Lo que mas me gusta es que se le puede cambiar la cabeza por otra que es específicamente para video, es muy versátil, me encanta las muchas opciones que te dan para ponerlo de la manera en la que lo necesitas.

I did some checking on YouTube reviews prior to ordering. i wanted a tripod with an Arca-Swiss quick release as I am using a SmallRig L bracket on my camera. I am very pleased that the bracket and tripod work perfectly well together. it is light and more stable than is reasonable to expect. I am very pleased. The nice aesthetic is a bonus.The two images show the Z8 and SmallRig L bracket mounted on the tripod using the ARCA compatibility..
