SMALLRIG Cage voor Sony RX100 VII en RX100 VI Camera 2434

The Cage is made very well and gives the camera extra possibilities to add a microphone, LCD light or other accessories. Also it can protect the camera. Unfortunately when you add one of the accessories on the top cold shoe it is almost impossible to push the release button if you are like to make pictures. With video it is not so a problem because that button is on the backside. A riser on the top cold shoe maybe would help to give some more space to lay your finger on the release picture button.

Mejora la ergonomía general, añadiendo una empuñadura en su lado derecho y dos "zapatas frías" (una en el lado superior derecho y otra en el lateral izquierdo), elementos ambos que se echan muy en falta en esta excelente cámara. Facilita, además, la incorporación de otros periféricos mediante múltiples roscas de 1/4 y deja acceso expedito a todos los pulsadores y conectores, así como a la trampilla que aloja la batería y la tarjeta de memoria. Aporta, además, una efectiva protección a esta pequeña cámara, a la que rodea en su totalidad, añadiendo, eso sí, peso adicional al conjunto, lo que en mi opinión es algo positivo, porque ayuda a sostener la cámara con mayor firmeza. Muy recomendable.

L'anello di giunzione all'obiettivo della rx100m7 con qualche attacco a vite sarebbe sufficiente e più leggero di tutto il ring, ma non si trova quindi bisogna prendere questo oggetto della smallrig che è fatto bene ma pesa un po'.

Super Schutz und sehr stabil

Great cage, just what I wanted.Downscaling from a DSLR I knew the camera would feel small in my hands, & this wooden handle is just perfect to hold, yet not too big for a case.The cage still allows quick changing of batteries, without moving the cage, which is essential of course!The only downside is there is less access for the shutter release button - but I purchased some stick on rubber feet from Amazon which make it perfect now. (8mmx3mm) (Maybe Smallrig should even add some as they make such a difference)It is slightly hard to use the power button, as the cage is very close, but you quickly learn how to get used to it.Lots of 1/4" thread holes to mount what you like on it, so very versatile. I have a thin wrist strap on all the time, but can add a neck strap as & when I need with the threads.I cannot imagine using the camera without this cage..........!
