This is a nice all-in-one filter for creative shooting with your GoPro. It is easy to install and use once you remove the lens filter from the GoPro. It worked great on both my GoPro 11 and 12. To use the ND options, simply move the toggle to the desired position based on your lighting needs. For the Circular Polarizer, spin the filter to your desired position. The build of the filter is great as it is feels solid and the glass is clear. As other's have mentioned, there is no pouch included for storage or travel, which is a bummer, but I used another filter pouch I had with an open slot. Overall, it's a versatile filter to have in your bag in the event you're shooting in bright sunlight or want to create dramatic effects.

This is a well made filter. My experience with SmallRig is they make quality goods and this polarizer/ND filter combo is another example of their high caliber products. A few things I noticed while using it on my Hero 11 include the following.First, it was very stiff getting on the camera. Much more so than the original lens cover. I was afraid I would not be able to get it off, but it came off easier than it went on. It may loosen up a bit with repeated uses. It is definitely secure when installed.Second, you need to pick the ND setting you want to use FIRST then select the amount of polarization you want. This makes sense since the variable neutral density effect is caused by rotating two polarizers relative to each other. The amount of light that gets through is dependent on the relative rotation of the polarizers. Once that is set, rotating the two together (so that their position relative to each other remains fixed) will affect the amount of reflection that gets reduced, similar to a single polarizer. To pick the ND amount, rotate the small tab with the tiny white triangle. You will see tiny numbers (3, 4, 5) on the edge of the filter that the tab will align with. To select the polarization rotate the raised knurled lip until you see the effect you want on the screen.Third, the amount of rotation to go from 3 to 4 stops on the ND filter is about 5 times as much as going from 4 to 5. This is not a problem, just something to be aware of.I did not notice any color shift, which is expected of a high quality filter.It does stick out past the side and top of the camera, so may interfere with other accessories. So be aware of this when planning to use this filter.Overall, this is a good addition to your GoPro kit that adds versatility to your camera.

First, this does fit my GoPro Hero 13 just fine. It's easy to put on once you take the GoPro lens off. Second, it feels pretty solid. It's not cheap plastic. Third, and sadly, it's not easy to figure out how to adjust the filter settings on the lens. The instructions aren't that helpful. There are three numbers on the side of the lens -3, 4, and 5. I assume those are the numbers for ND8, 16, and 32. However, why don't they just put 8, 16, and 32 on the lens? Another negative is that for the polarization, you spin the outer lens. But it just spins and spins and it's hard to tell where to stop for optimal polarization. There are no marks on the outer lens to let you know if it's more or less polarization. And finally, the lettering/wording on the lens is super small. So this is a good ND/Polarization filter, but it's hard to use because the instructions are poor and there's no indication on the lenses.
