I have purchased the R6II and was a bit of an early adopter, because there were not many accessoiries available to turn this into the "step up entry level" video powerhouse I had in mind. I first tried the Black Mamba kit for the R6, not expecting the body to be different from the R6II, but it didn't fit.What I really like is that it give the camera a robust, industrial look. I do not have to worry about bumping it during recording. And with the additional grip handle it is much easier to operate in a more fluent, smooth way.Highly recommend it to almost any owner of the R6II. If you spend that much money on a camera, you might as well protect it for the relatively low additional investment for this ultimate cage.@the guys of Smallrig: I have seen a more colorful, sort of gunmetal edition of cages for other camera models, called "Limited Editions". Hope you release that color/style too because I would be the first to get if for our Social and YouTube.

Es muy intuitiva la instalación, en verdad que no es necesario un instructivo. Es fácil y rápida esta instalación. El material es de muy buena calidad, robusta pero ligera al mismo tiempo.

Comme d’habitude, article de qualité. Robuste. Fourni avec un petit outil aimanté pour monter et démonter la cage.Je recommande.Seul petit bémol, la cage vient un peu gêner l’activation et l’extinction du boîtier sur R6ii. Rien de bien méchant évidemment

Solid metal, probably aluminum, lightweight, lots of areas to connect stuff, cold shoe... so awesome.
