The printer keep giving me an error and it doesn't wont to work any more

Hp office jet would not recognise at all. Even after a reset and changing the ink cartridge settings they were still not compatible. Will return!

Smart Ink é tra i pochi produttori che fanno le cartucce compatibili anche con la mia stampante HP 7612 che per anni mi dava problemi con le diverse cartucce non originali.Ho avuto qualche problema con i colori delle stampe, ma dopo aver contattato l'assistenza, é risultato che il problema erano i colori delle cartucce precedenti di un altra marca, che avevano lasciato residui nelle tubazioni e ci é voluto tempo fino che la qualitá migliorasse.Con le cartucce SmartInk la situazione dei colori sta migliorando e posso essere fiducioso che si risolva completamente.

Amazing product at a great price compared to hp ink. Initially, there some issues with my hp printer not accepting the new ink cartridges. However, the Smart Ink customer service was extremely helpful as they sent me replacement cartridges right away and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They respond very quickly and continue to provide support until the issue is resolved. Overall, I am very pleased and would highly recommend this product.

I had a chat because one of my new Smart Ink cartridges did not work. He gave me several troubleshooting tips but the yellow ink still said broken. He overnighted me a new box which I received early in the morning. I popped the yellow in and it works like a charm. Thank you for your help.
