Had an issue with my original order of smart ink cartridges after about a year. They caused a printer error, after reviewing my purchase documents I noticed they had a 2yr warranty. I reached out to the company using their chat feature and they sent a complete replacement set that came the next day! Very pleasantly surprised by how well they took care of me. I would purchase from them again. Awesome customer service, thank you for keeping my old HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer like new.

I was skeptical that this ink would work since I know how hard HP tries to make sure you can't use them. So I was pleasantly surprised when the first cartridge worked perfectly.I did have an issue with my second cartridge - I got an error message immediately and couldn't print or scan.With a bit more skepticism I emailed the support team. This was on a Sunday. I got a response back in SIX minutes, with some troubleshooting steps to take to try to make it work.I tried this but nothing fixed the issue.I let support know and they immediately confirmed expedited shipping of a replacement cartridge.This entire process to less than an hour (again, on a Sunday).Shout out to Kevin on the support team for being understanding, supportive, and above all, making sure my issue was taken care of without any hassle.Genuinely impressed by this company and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Hallo Amzon Community,ich habe diese Patronen am 15.04.2019 gekauft. heute habe ich sie eingesetzt und sioe funktionieren tadellos.Der Testdruck an meinem HP Officejet Pro 8600 hat allerdings eine kleine Abweichung im gelben Farbspektrum ergeben.Gelb wirkt etwas dunkler als mit den orginal HP Patronen. Allerdings kosten diese auch 4 - 5 mal so viel.Im Farbdruck speziell habe ich keine Unterschiede zu Orginalpatronen erkennen können.Für Ottonormalverbraucher tun diese Patronen allemal. Nur für Grafiker, die einen exakten RGB Spektrum benötigen, würde ich eher zu den orginalen Patronen raten.ich bin zufrieden und bin schon gespannt wie lange die nun halten.Eine klare Kaufempfehlung meiner Seits.
