The speed bag itself is fine, but the screw to mount it seems to have an extra bolt that's very tightly fastened on. I tried to remove it but it won't budge, and with that bolt on, the speed bag won't mount onto the spring, so I can't really use it unless I want it to fly around the room every time I hit it.
