Die Kamera macht was sie soll funktioniert einwandfrei gutes Bild und der Akku hält auch seh lange.

The bell was ok, a bit slow at making a connection when the delivery guys are so keen to run away.However, when charging the doorbell last week, it switched off and refused to connect or even start pairing. The only thing that works is the LED to say it is charging.Not impressed that a solid state product should totally fail after only 2 years.Ps. I tried to use their online chatbot to get help but it just says to contact support via email.Then it says there is no email on the website and gave me a support @ address that bounced.THERE IS NO HELP AVAILABLE.Ps. Component U1 had exploded and the markings are not readable so I can't just replace it.

Einfache Installation.

Bildqualität ist sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht sehr gut.Der Akku hält bestimmt fünf Monate.Leider benachrichtigt mich die Kamera nur selten über einen Besucher.Wenn man sie auf Werkseinstellung zurück setzt, funktioniert sie für ein zwei Wochen.WLAN Signal ist gut, ich betreibe einige Kameras, die deutlich weiter entfernt sind.Der Kundenservice ist mangelhaft ich habe mehrfach versucht, per E-Mail Kontakt aufzunehmen, da wird einmal erklärt, welche Einstellungen ich vornehmen soll. Dies habe ich alles probiert. Leider immer noch ohne Erfolg.Auf weitere Hilfestellung vom Service warte ich vergeblich.Ich würde diese Kamera nicht empfehlen.
