Over the years of reloading .45 ACP, I have accumulated a couple of hundred questionable rounds that I just put in a box labeled "DUDS". Until I bought this I haven't had a way of disassembling the questionable rounds. I bought this bullet puller because it had a metal handle and thought it would hold up better than the plastic handle ones. This puller works great. It will remove a .45 ACP bullet in 2 - 4 hard wacks. Some have suggested to bang it on wood, that didn't work for me. I found banging it on flat part of my large metal vice worked great. It has held up well and am happy with my purchase.
