The spout closure is very poorly made and has worked loose in two months and can’t be fixed even by screwing centre screws so not fit for purpose. Shame to economise on such a small but important part of! 😟😟😟 SMEG have shown no interest and when I put in Serial number it comes up as not found !! Investigating more I found mine is made in RUSSIA so no wonder not found !!!
