Le bruit est insupportable pour les chats, le chat qui se laissait approcher maintenant me fuit 🤨La connexion au pc ne fonctionne pas !Les ondes émises par l'appareil semble déranger les chats, au point que l'un d'eux grondes quand je le passe juste à côté de lui alors que c'est un chaton très câlin.J'aimerais apporter des critiques constructives mais je sais que je vais perdre mon temps...

I purchased this scanner to scan a visiting cat who I suspected was a stray. I tested the scanner on my other two chipped cats and it worked efficiently. The instructions are easy to understand. I am pleased with my purchased.

For a year we were feeding what we thought was a feral cat, bought this to scan our two cats. Worked perfectly so i scanned the other one and it had a chip. Went through a couple of data bases and was able to reconnect it with it’s owners who were well chuffed.

My daughter who lives in an area loaded with stray cats got this first and has been happy with its effectiveness. Where I live we get a few a month and I was always looking for an i.d. tag, calling the owner, usually not getting an answer, faced with a challenge then. Now I love seeing a stray cat or dog so I can assist by calling the chip source for more accurate information and advice. I love the simplicity of this scanner and I think it’s a good value! When scanning, remember to cover the neck all the way to the shoulders. My husband scared me when he said there wasn’t a chip on our pet so I did a more thorough scan area. Whew! It was closer to the space between the shoulder blades.
