When I told my doctor about this, he almost laughed. Given the cost and emotional hardships of trying to conceive a child through IVF or other methods. This is worth a try. When my husband and I found out about our fertility issues we were very frantic to buy as many natural supplements that we could find. My husband is on a cocktail of vitamins and I figured, if we could do that then we can spend a few dollars on this and take a risk. We have been using this for about two months have not gotten another semen analysis done. But hopefully this will have a positive impact. My husband has 1% sperm morphology. Don't forget that it takes for a full three months to replenish don't expect to be wearing this for one month doesn't get pregnant I'm not sure if it's going to help, but, you know what it's worth a try. Also, if it's of any importance, also the underwear are a very good material (they should be considering the cost).

Pros --Nice feel. Seems to be good quality.-Booklet included with great information.Cons:-Runs small. I'm a smaller guy and they fit too tight.-The ice packets stay cold for about 15 minutes. You're almost better off holding a cold drink with ice between your legs if you're trying to be inconspicuous.Overall, a good idea, just not worth the $50-$60 price. I imagine the production cost is less than $10 for everything. I would probably buy a second (larger) set at around a $20-$30 price point. But as it stands now, I would not recommend these to a friend.
