Red Devil is een rode leicester met peper en sprankelende chili, zonder te scherp te zijn. Afgerond met een vleugje komijn smaakt hij perfect op een burger vermolten of tot nacho's.

Ingrediënten: 96% Red Leicester kaas (gepasteuriseerde koemelk, zout, kaascultuur, microbieel lab, kleurstof annatto norbixine), melkpoeder, suiker, chili, zeezout, ui, kruidenextracten (cayenne- en habanero-chili), natuurlijk aroma, specerijen.

A delicious cheese with a little punch as it is a Red Leicester infused with some Chilli. Delicious and the very slightly hot chilli taste does not linger or in any way spoil the taste of the cheese. In fact it enhances the taste and makes the cheese interesting to taste. This one of my favourites.

I found it quite difficult to break into the red wax, but it was worth it. The initial taste is light and a little creamy, but the afterglow is warm and moreish. Absolutely fabulous.
