If you study the pictures you will see that 3 different version are shown. A different color means it is a different product. The thickness of the material is different or the type of material is different and even the width of the foot bed may change. Because the pictures of different products are mixed together, you have no idea which one will be sent to you. But wait, there's more: after you place an order and then review your order you are shown a picture of yet another color, that is orange on top and orange and grey on the underside. This model is thinner under the ball of the foot and it feels different and does not prevent my foot pain. Why have I given 2 stars? The product is of reasonable quality and will be useful for some people. Imagine buying a fridge on-line and you are shown pictures that are not of the product you will receive, and then after you place the order another model is shown that was not even among the original lottery of pictures. Yes the fridge might be good quality but does not meet your needs or wishes. Not happy.
