This manufacturer scams the buyer because it is nowhere like 5200 lumens. When tested it’s only about 2000 lumens. Don’t buy this! It also falls back in brightness almost instantly when in turbo mode. Tail button feels flimsy. Bad spot beam, lot of spill. Also there’s no holster included and the flashlight clip is only one way.The features are amazing though! I wish there was a premium light like Fenix or Nitecore that had the exact same features. Too bad it quality is at most mediocre and the promised power is false. When is Amazon going to ban these lying scamming products!?

Definitely does what is says on the box. Normalm light with one click, two fast clicks and rge brightest light comes on. Lit up a whole hillside the other night! But be aware this is not a toy - accidently shining in yiour eyes at top level is scarily unpleasant! Keep out of the reach of children! Seems very tough and it's small so pucks away easiloy or just rests in your pocket. Definitely recommended.

What's in the box:In the box are included: the flashlight, 21700 battery (5000 mAh), clip, manual, USB Type-C cable, two extra o-rings and a lanyardSpecs:Emitter: Cree XHP70.3 Hi 6000-6500KBattery type: 1x 21700Dimensions: 131mm x 32mmWeight: 110g (without battery)Output: 5200lm (Turbo), 1800lm (High), 750lm (Medium), 300lm (Low), 50lm (Eco), 10lm (Moonlight)Runtimes: 1h 30min (Turbo), 1h 50min (High), 5h 20min (Medium), 11h 30minh (Low), 45h (Eco), 300h (Moonlight)Water resistance: IP68A closer look:Design wise, SC33 is what you would typically expect of a modern LED flashlight. Nothing fancy, just simple and reliable design, meant to be used outside under not so gentle conditions. The aluminum body looks quite thick and seems like it can take a hit (or more than one). The main body has deep texture for better gripping while the head is only very slightly larger in diameter, in general the design is quite close to a cylinder.Near the rear end we can find the USB type-C charging port with a quite thick silicone cover, while on the opposite side of it there is the flashlight’s clip. I found it quite interesting that the clip is removable and attached with 3 screws to the body, I think this is the first time I’ve seen a screwable clip on a flashlight. On the rear end, there is the e-switch, which is slightly textured for better grip. Personally I would much prefer a side switch near the head of the flashlight, for me that placement would be better for a flashlight of that size. Of course, the flashlight is still perfectly usable like this.Moving to the head of the flashlight, we can find a small LED indicator light. To be honest I find it more of a bother than helpful, I would much prefer to have a battery indicator built into the light’s UI, e.g. triple click for the light to show the battery voltage. But for the average user that they want an easy indication if the battery is running low, the LED is sufficient enough. On the top of the head there is a silver metal ring, I guess it’s stainless steel and it’s there to give more drop resistance and as a tool to break stuff like glass. I’m not a fan of this design choice but it has no part in the light’s function other than visual.Inside the head we have the quite large XHP70.3 Hi and an orange peel reflector. I think the combination makes for a pretty balanced result. The XPH70.3 Hi is quite strong and throws a lot, the orange peel reflector helps a little bit by providing some flood for closer distances. In general I prefer more floody lights, I rarely need long throw and I find having a lot of light in short distances is more useful to me. I’d say that the SC33 works fine in close distances as well, the flashlight is powerful enough to outdo the throw emitter it has.Speaking of which,User interface/Operation/Controls:We have some quite simple UI here.Single click to on/off (has memory mode which means it will use the last brightness before off), also single click (or long pressed) to cycle through all the normal modes (eco, low, medium, high).Double click will enable turbo.Triple click from off to access the strobes, triple click again to cycle through the strobes (strobe, SOS, beacon) and single click to turn off/exit the strobe mode. With 4 clicks from off the flashlight will enter the lockout mode. During the lockout mode, the flashlight will flash twice to signal that it’s in lockout and the only output is moonlight but as long as the switch is long pressed. Long press from off is also the way to access moonlight mode, even without the light being in lockout. The manual also states that the flashlight will automatically enter lockout mode automatically after 1 minute of being turned off. Honestly that wasn’t my experience, I only had to manually enable it if I needed it.So far everything seems pretty typical. But there is also the ability to switch to smooth ramping instead of the default leveled steps. From on, press 4 clicks to switch between steeped and smooth ramped. I normally prefer smooth ramped but in this case the ramping feels very slow, I switched to stepped levels very quickly.Charging:Inside the SC33 we find a massive 5000mAh 21700 battery. Of course, if you have a proper charger you can remove the battery and charge it separately, but there is also an included USB type-C port to charge it while still inside the flashlight. Personally, I would prefer to charge my batteries in a dedicated battery charger but I can’t deny how convenient it is to have a built-in charger on the flashlight. Whether it is that you don’t have a battery charger or you simply want to charge on the go (very convenient to charge from a powerbank if you are outdoors and can’t bring a battery charger with you), I believe the charging port is a great addition that is always nice to have. As I have seen in other Sofirn flashlights that have charging port, the silicone cover is very thick and fits tightly, I wouldn’t be worried about dirty or water coming in. I have tested the charging and I can get up to 10W of charging (not supporting any PD though), so it charges using 5V, 2A but that will depend if your charger can provide that. I have also tried if I can reverse charging from the flashlight, meaning to use the flashlight’s battery as a powerbank but sadly that’s not possible, it would be a nice addition to make in my opinion. Lastly, the charging port is on the bottom of the flashlight and not near the head, which means that the light will not operate with power only from the USB port without any battery inside.Conclusion:SC33 is a reliable and tough flashlight that impresses with its output and long run times. I can see it being used outdoors, for camping, exploration or hiking activities as well as a general use flashlight. I would suggest it for someone who seeks a powerful yet not huge flashlight, for someone who needs to use a flashlight for many hours without charging or for someone who just needs a simple all-around flashlight without worrying about battery types and chargers and learning flashlight UI.Pros-cons:+Solid build+Strong focus on throw+USB type-C charging port+battery and charging cable included with the flashlight-I am not a huge fan of the placement of the switch on the back, I’d prefer it to be as a side switch-Moonlight mode is too bright
