Sofsole Womens Airr Sport Binnenzool

I wear these inside my Asics Kayano trainers which I use specifically for running but in the past I have also used them in the Asics GT series and they work a treat. The trainers are already for over pronators and yes they are expensive as it is, but for me the extra £20 for these insoles is worth it and I really feel the difference. I would say I am quite a heavy runner, it doesn't come naturally that's for sure! I definitely noticed the difference when I went through one set of Kayano without buying and using these insoles. I was still pronating too much on my left foot and I had a really bad ankle for a good 6 months I would say. So I have gone back to these and had no trouble at all I only didn't buy a pair on that occasion because I paid full RRP for the trainers and was being stingy, but with hindsight, it was a mistake! I've been using them regularly in my running shoes for around 6 years now and wouldn't be without them. I would recommend, even if you do have a decent pair of trainers.

Ich habe mir die Sohlen geholt da mir meine Trekking Schuhe zu hart im Auftreten sind. Ich bin extrem viel unterwegs...nicht nur auf besfestigten Wegen. Ich hatte dann regelmässig Schmerzen in der Ferse, konnte meisst erst nach kurzem Einlaufen wieder schmerzfrei gehen. Die Sohlen sind extrem gut in der Dämpfung! Die Erhebung in der Ferse stört überhaupt nicht...im Gegenteil: der Auftritt mit der Ferse wird jetzt super gut gedämpft! Die Sohlen sind etwas höher, d.h. es sollte genug Platz in den Schuhen sein!! Für mich eine sehr empfehlenswerte Sohle!!!

Prodotto e di buona qualità, molto comodo e si camina bene, l'unica cosa che hanno taglia 39-43 , e troppo grande per 39 e ho dovuto tagliare un pezzo davanti, magari se fanno segno dove si potrebbe tagliare , farebbe tanto comodo ......

After all the insoles i have tried with my running trainers this are the perfect one since i got them i haven't felt any more discomfort on the knees or arch of the foot.They are expensive but i only need one pair so they are worth it, size was perfect didnt have to cut or adjust them at all
