Was easy to install, very lightweight parts. But that also means it can be a bit unstable, had to use some weights on the base for stability and peace of mind. The hanging bar does not fit snugly and is a bit wobbly when used.

Easy setup and works well - very stable

I wanted to start working out at home, but I found I didn't really have a way to do some form of a pull up on anything. I had those pull up bars in the past that go between door jambs, but they seem to rub the paint and mark the jambs. This was the only piece I was missing to do my full-body workout.All the parts were in good condition in the box, and it was easy to follow the instructions to put together. For the price, this is strong and sturdy enough that I wasn't wishing I spent more on an expensive, beefier unit. This was just the right balance of build quality and price for home use. You are able to do wide grip and narrow pull ups. It also has the dip bar feature. I am also able to turn around and face up to do inverted rows on the dip bar handles. So in essence, this was able to take care of all my back muscles. It also doesn't take up much room. La barra de dominadas ha sido una excelente adición a mi gimnasio en casa. La altura ajustable es ideal para adaptarse a diferentes ejercicios y a la altura de cada usuario. Es muy robusta y estable, lo que me da confianza al realizar dominadas y otros ejercicios de fuerza. La instalación fue sencilla y no ocupó mucho tiempo. The bar is fine but couldn't handle my weight. It says Maximum weight recommendation 330 PoundsI weight around 190pounds and can't even hold my weight. Very disappointed and time waster.
