Wist niet van het bestaan van dit prachtige apparaatje. Rolluiken en zonnescherm nu via de telefoon en evt. via Alexa en Google. Installatie is zeer simpel. Alles werkt direct als je doet wat de app aangeeft. Had ik dit maar eerder geweten. Super blij mee.

We also have much older RTS shutters, also these could be added to the Somfy Tahoma app, but these are NOT available in Apple HomeKit. There is a work around for the tech savvy: use homebridge with tahoma Luligu plugin, and now we can control the RTS shutters.So far it operates fine, the Connectivity Kit uses Wifi 2.4GHz which could be unstable, for the price of 70 euro they could have included a network interface.

Easy setup and synch with somfy operated blinds through app. It supports a schedule on automatically opening and closing blinds or whatever device you hook up to it. The biggest issue I am having is that the unit needs a reset and does not communicate every couple of weeks, this is a royal pain if you are away and the blinds do not work anymore.

De Somfy Connectivity Kit biedt verschillende voordelen en niet duur voor het beheren van rolluiken of zonnescherm met afstand bediening kunnen nu via een app worden aangestuurd.

Cant connect it to wifi anymore. Bought a somfy switch in the meanwhile as I cant seem to get in contact with amazon about the warranty and send it back.

Als ich erfahren habe, dass ich meine Außenrollos mit einer App steuern kann, bekam ich große Ohren. Ein bisschen Recherche und schon war klar, wie's funktioniert: Mit diesem Teil. Doch von Anfang an: Wenn Sie eine Fernbedienung für Ihre Außenrollos, Markise oder sonstige Teile haben auf der "Somfy" steht, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch, dass auch Sie dieses Produkt nutzen können.DIE ERSTEN SCHRITTEMan steckt das Gerät (= Connectivity Kit) an den Strom an (Achtung: Stromadapter nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Dann lädt man die Tahoma App aufs Handy und verbindet die App über Bluetooth mit dem Gerät. Dann muss man eigentlich nur noch den Anweisungen in der App folgen, die wirklich sehr gut beschrieben sind. Bei mir gab's am Anfang leider folgendes technisches Problem: Die App wollte ständig, dass ich ein Update mache. Doch egal was ich probierte, das Update wollte sich einfach nicht installieren und ohne Update konnte ich nichts machen. Ich war schon fast dabei das Kit wieder zurückzuschicken, als ich folgende Lösung fand: Das Gerät ca. 5 Minuten vom Strom ausstecken, wieder einstecken, die App am Handy neu starten. Anschließend ließ sich das Update problemlos installieren und App verwenden.FUNKTIONWozu braucht man nun die App? Zum einen hat man mit der App immer einen (Gesamt)Überblick, welche Rollos gerade offen bzw. geschlossen sind. Mit einem Klick lassen sich alle Rollos öffnen oder schließen. Das ganze funktioniert auch für einzelne Räume oder eben die ganze Wohnung bzw. das ganze Haus. Ebenso lassen sich diverse Szenarien einrichten - z.B. dass zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit automatisch eine Aktion ausgeführt wird. Auch eine Anbindung an die Sprachsteuerung von Alexa oder dgl. ist möglich. Damit könnte man beim nach Hause kommen einfach einen Sprachbefehl geben und die so eine Aktion auslösen.FAZIT: Abgesehen von den anfänglichen Problemen mit dem Update war die Einrichtung wirklich leicht. Jeder der sich halbwegs mit Bluetooth, WLAN und dgl. auskennt, sollte das hinkriegen. Die App selbst ist super übersichtlich, leicht zu verstehen und sehr praktisch. Ich möchte sie im Alltag nicht mehr missen und kann das Produkt daher nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
