Producto bien acabado y con muy buen sonido. Tono y volumen adecuado para que se oiga pero sin llegar a torturar a los vecinos. Tamaño perfecto para quienes no tenemos las manos muy grandes. Muy cómoda para tocar.Por experiencia prefiero 10 teclas que suenen y se manejen bien, que 17 con la mitad desafinadas o sin sonido.

This comment is about the Meinl KL1002FOL Zambesi Redwood version. It wasn’t a tough decision to give away my common 10-note mahogany box kalimba. This Meinl is in a different league. The fine-grained wood (a teak) is prime quality. It has been precision machined with no sharp corners, and has a smooth and flawless furniture-grade finish. Side-by-side with the box 10-note, the Meinl has the same foot print but is thinner, more nimble feeling and pleasantly comfortable. I have no complaints about the Meinl’s ergonomics. The head assembly is quite solid and the tines are chromed steel with rolled or stamped numbering. What gets the most points with me is the sound which is clear and bright (aka not muddy). It resonates noticeably better than my box kalimba, and there is sustain from all the tines. Also, it arrived in tune. There is nothing negative to say about this instrument.
