Quite a cool device but the fact the light sensor only reports light/dark instead of numeric lux values and it only updates when the presence value changes makes it hard to recommend.Since it's cabled (and not battery powered) I don't see a reason for this limitation. I decided to return mine after testing.

Funktioniert super im Home Assistant mit Zigbee2MQTT, zuverlässige und schnelle Erkennung. Mit Decon hatte es nicht geklappt, aber das war eher ein Test. USB-C Kabel ist lang genug, der Magnet ist stark genug um das Gerät auszurichten/zu halten, zudem gibt es Kabelhalter und Ersatzklebe-Pads - top!

Ne ho messo uno in ogni stanza, non ne posso più fare a meno, collegati ad Home Assistant in mezzo secondo fanno egregiamente il loro lavoro. Non funzionano benissimo per stanza enormi, per quelle medio-piccole vanno da dio

Se integró inmediatamente a mi instalación de Home Assistant. Es mi primer dispositivo ZigBee (los demás son Z-Wave e Insteon).Lo tengo en la habitación de mi hijo y lo uso para desactivar el aire acondicionado cuando no hay nadie.Detecta la presencia aún cuando él está dormido.El sensor de luz aun no lo uso para nada, pero ya tendrá algún uso.

Sensor som går ha till mycket, larm, rörelsedetektor mm. den har en funktion som känner av att någon är kvar även om den står still, så bra för hålla t.ex en lampa tänd så länge man är i rummet

I set this up with Home Assistant and zigbee2mqtt to control two Zigbee-based outlet switches for my office lamps. It works exceptionally well. You can even set a threshold in the device to determine how long it remains active between detections, which is a useful feature. The integration with zigbee2mqtt is seamless and exactly as expected—this is actually a significant advantage that may not be immediately obvious. It also works flawlessly with Home Assistant Automations.The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it occasionally experiences interference from my 5 GHz Wi-Fi network. This is likely partially my fault, as my high-powered Ubiquiti AP is located just 3 feet above the device. I suspect it uses the 6 GHz band for its radar functions, which might be close enough in frequency to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi signals to cause interference.Overall, it’s a reliable and well-designed product that meets my needs, with only minor drawbacks that are likely due to environmental factors.
