Amazing, the best noise canceling I ever seen.

Great product, good sound and sturdy.Unfortunately one side stopped producing audio after two months. So trying to get in touch with Amazon support to get it repaired or returned under guarantee. But I’m getting stuck in an endless loop to get this done:1 - to return item, go to page of your past orders2 - select the order you want to return (which I do)3 - but then there is no option/button to actually return the product!4 - So I browse to find the service desk - search for help on returning broken product, end up under item 1 above5 - So I try to find a way to chat with service desk, I get told that I need to install Amazon app, which I do. I open the app: nowhere can I find option to chat with the Service Desk and get stuck in the same loop againI get it that Amazon does not make the return process simple, I get it that they want to avoid people getting in touch with an actual Amazon service desk agent (costs money), but come on … I spent an hour getting nowhere and still am stuck with a broken headset! Get your process fixed!CORRECTION: after spending another 15 mins in the app, I finally ended up in a decision tree that led me to an agent who was able to help me in 30 sec: he organized a direct replacement of the product and a return label for the defect one. So great service but very difficult to find!!!

Good headphones

Pros:- Great sound quality- Multi-point connection (it's more useful than you think)- Decent noise cancellation & ambient sound- Superb battery life- Great companion appCons:- Not as stylish and low profile as Sony XM4 when worn- Noticeable sound leakageAll and all, it has an outstanding performance-price ratio (I got it for 127€)

It works but it speaks in Spanish(so the Bluetooth connected, ambiance sound etc is in Spanish) it’s also extremely crooked which is really disappointing I wouldn’t buy again

Gekocht voor werken op kantoor. Op de fiets is het niet de beste, veel omgevingsgeluid. In de trein wel ideaal, automatische noise cancelling werkt goed.

Changing the review due to the right headphone coming unattached without cause.

Purchased Dec 2022 and have used for just over a month now listening to music, documentaries, films etc. I'm not an audiophile just an average day to day listener. First thing I noticed they are very light and comfortable which is a massive positive.. The sound did take a bit of time to get used to as like the name suggests they have A LOT of bass. I played around with some sound settings on my phone and also found an equalizer through google chrome extensions on my laptop that will do the job for what I will require them for. First video I watched was an information video on YT where someone was speaking and there was an unnecessary amount of bass but like said can adjust the settings to fix. When listening to music they do produce a nice clear sound just with a lot of bass. For some songs I've picked up on different layers and perspectives that I hadn't noticed previously which is pretty cool. Battery life is brilliant, noise cancellation is great, ambient sound is very handy and works really well. Just to test them with my Xbox, I used the aux to plug into my Xbox controller and the NC and general sound was pretty decent. I couldn't get the mic to work for some reason so maybe not compatible? I'd probably look at purpose built gaming headphones if looking for that reason. In conclusion very good headphones for the price I purchased them at which was with the help of a 35% discount code I received from Amazon via email.

Goed design, mooie kleur , zeer goed geluid

Habe sie im Mai 2023 gekauft und seitdem so gut wie täglich genutzt. Im Februar 2025 haben sich dann die Ohr Polster aufgelöst und ich habe sie ersetzt.Mir gefällt die Qualität und das Noise Cancelling ist auch super um sich zu konzentrieren.Ich als Musik Leihe würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen und werde wohl nie mehr von Sony wechseln.
