I like the rubber covering on the top that i goes end to end and covers the dividers as well as the wireless charging pad - it gives it a clean look and the dividers seem stronger than a different brand I previously owned. So far, all chargers are working correctly. I'm using the cables provided as well as a few extras (have more Android devices than Apple). It looks nice and I'm happy with it so far.

Works perfectly and decluttered my desk.

This is one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve ever made. My guests love it and since everyone’s phones are charging in my entryway, we actually have uninterrupted conversations when I have friends and family over. The only down side is that bigger phone cases don’t fit, but those phones just sit on the table. It was super easy to put together and I’ve had this well over a year now with no issues. I definitely recommend.
