This is so beautiful! It's a perfect mid-weight. It looked thinner in the picture, so I thought it would be thinner and lighter, but it turns out it's the perfect weight for all seasons. Very well made, beautiful colors, the Q size quilt fits our Q size bed beautifully and generously. Couldn't love it more!

I just unpacked this, "Sophia Art Queen Size Hand Block Print Kantha Quilt." It is beautiful.The measurements are 90x106 inches when stretched at the widest (86 x 104 at the shortest). I am only a little sad about that, as the placement I have it in really would benefit from a full 108 inches. (However, as they note in the smaller print description, it is 220 x 270 centimeters (86x106 inches) newly made size). I should note that the wide, pattern-free blue border you see in their pictures is about 3 inches wide on only ONE side of mine.The Kantha Quilt is thicker than the common block print cotton throws. The color and design of the print on mine is the same as pictured. The back side of mine is lighter blue than the front blue, with the striped fabric running through (as seen in the photo where they show a reddish back when turned over). Also, the colors of the running stitches in mine are only blue and white, where in their photo they are white, red, and orange. As noted, it has some imperfections. Mostly on the unprinted blue underside.It arrived 1-3 weeks BEFORE the quoted date: arriving 1/30 instead of 2/5 - 2/27; I ordered it on 1/13.On arrival and unpacking there was the scent of the fabric and dyes. This airs out quickly.I did a quick test of the colors and they did not transfer to absorbent wet material. Still, I will only wash delicate and cold or by hand!I will happily buy more of the other designs.

I love this blanket, we use it as a bedspread and it has held up surprising well to our 2 dogs and their claws who sleep at the bottom of the bed. Doesnt show dog hair or dirt easily and goes through the washer and dryer without problems.I was a little bit surprised at home thin it was when I first got it though. It does not have layers like a traditional quilt and is essentially one layer with intricate stitching. I still like it but maybe would like it a bit better if the one layer was thicker.
