This is a replacement headset pad for the Sony WH-1000XM2,MDR-1000X headphones. What you get is the headband made of leather and high density foam for the headband. Included is a screw driver with instructions how to remove and replace the headband for your Sony headphones.

Installing this replacement headband takes patience and accuracy, but once it's on, my headphones look brand new. The fit is perfect, and the material feels solid, though the process isn't exactly beginner-friendly. The replacement was extremely easy and it looks as good as new! Make sure you follow the instructions in order, including unscrewing everything exactly as they said. The badges on the headband are held in by the screws underneath them. It looks great and was a massive upgrade from the original 8 year old pads.
