Great fan and exact size so quiet and easy to install

Bought this to act as an extractor fan for my mushroom growing tent, and it's been a good fit for this application so far. It's powerful enough to get the job done (clears the air in the approx. 1 cubic metre tent in around 15 seconds) and lighter than I expected. Although it is quite loud (louder than a hairdryer but not as loud as a vacuum cleaner), this isn't an issue for me as it's located in a different room away from my living space. It's been operating continuously now for several weeks and although it is automatically turned on and off every few minutes by the control software, so far I've had no issues and it seems very reliable.

This was working well at first. Yes, it's loud but that's because it moves a LOT of air. However today I found it making even more noise than normal and moving very little air. The fan blades still turn but it feels like the bearing has failed.It decided to die exactly 1 day after the return window failed, so it managed a whole 30 days of work before giving up.Avoid!
