Bought this to replace the regular wear & Tear on my Plantronics Voyager headset. the Ear pads were super easy to install. The headband pad, while a little more difficult, fit perfectly..I actually find the headband pad more comfortable than the OEM Headband as it's thicker.Overall, highly recommend this replacement set.
