A bit anxious before proceeding with the replacement operation as it is a one way decision, the old headband should be cut. The instructions are very clear.It took less than 8 minutes to make the replacement.This replacement Headband Pad Kit fitted perfectly to my old Bose QC15.Very happy with this renovation.Thanks.

I have over 40 years electronic technical experience working with my hands. The one star reviews are absolutely correct. The head band was not designed, or poorly designed for the Bose Quiet Comfort 15 head set. It is too long and will not allow the side clips to be put back on with out trimming the material to make them fit. If you do trim the material and it still is not able to be used, you damaged the head band and can no longer return it. You don't want to do that. I worked over three hours and then tried again the next day. For the price paid for this head band, which was twice the price of most of the others offered, it should have been a 10 minute operation at most. Pros: nice material. I studied at the headset with the new headband, without the side clips for a long time. If I didn't know that there were side clips, I would have never missed them. The headset looks good with this headband, even without the side clips. I'll keep it this time. My only option is to keep trying other head bands until I find one that does fit. After over three hours, I"m done. Recommendation: don't buy this for the Bose Quiet Comfort 15 head set.Update: Well now. Anyone out there have any toast to go with the egg on my face? As with another one star review that had the same problems that I did, I learned that I had the wrong end band caps. My end caps came with previous replacement head band. Not the originals. Who keeps the old (original) end caps after you complete the replacement project. I purchased replacement end caps from the same company. A bit pricey for four little pieces of plastic, but I could have saved the extra cost if I keep the ORIGINAL parts. A 10 minute project. Who knew. My bad. Thanks Soulwit. Les dimensions ne sont pas tout à fait adaptées au QuietComfort 15. J'ai du bricoler un peu (rogner/couper à certains endroits) de manière à pouvoir l'insérer correctement dans les fermoirs latéraux (et qui ne sont pas complètement fermés d'ailleurs). Après ce bricolage qui m'a pris une bonne vingtaine de minutes, je suis arrivé à un résultat relativement propre. L'ensemble semble de bonne qualité malgré tout.

Bin begeistert, dass es für die alten Kopfhörer noch ein Kopfpolster gibt. Die originalen hatten sich schon aufgelöst. Der Tausch ist relativ einfach, nur das Festschrauben etwas fummelig. Mir war nicht sofort klar, dass es zwei Hälften sind, die man erst mal auseinandernehmen muss und ich hatte auch Angst, dabei etwas abzubrechen, ging aber doch gut auseinander und wieder zusammen. Es liegt auch eine Anleitung bei. Sieht wieder aus wie neu.
