This is amazing! Play a Christmas song every day in Advent. The music is fabulous. Very well made and comes with batteries too. Loved by little ones and big ones too!

This advent calendar is of a very good quality. You usually don’t expect much from a tiny plastic box working on batteries. But for it’s size and material the sound is decent. We really enjoyed listening different Christmas carols

We love this amazing musical Advent calendar. There is a record for each day, marked with a number, and each plays a different Christmas song. Some are familiar Christmas carols, such as "Silent Night" and "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", while others are beautiful German songs that we're unfamiliar with. All are lovely. The records are cardboard and not vinyl, so they don't actually "play" by a needle making contact with the record. But when you place one on the turntable and move the stylus (arm) over, the turntable rotates and plays a beautiful carol. Each record has a different, lovely Christmas scene on it.This musical Advent gramophone is made in Germany, and instructions are in German (although it's pretty intuitive and you won't have any problems figuring out how to use it). Batteries are included. All songs are listed on the back of the box, some in English and some in German. Many (most) you'll recognize, some you won't, but all are wonderful. I bought this for my mom as an early Christmas gift to go along with the gorgeous Alison Gardiner Moonlight Silhouette Advent Calendar (also available on Amazon) - both have been outstanding purchases and have really brought a lot of pleasure to our Christmas season. And both will be enjoyed for future Christmases.
